Refund policy

At Soft Soft One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please contact us!

For clothing, kindly size up if you are unsure of the size as no returns, exchanges or refunds will be made due to hygiene reasons.
If product is defective: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at softsoft.one@hotmail.com with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for clothing due to hygiene reasons. Hence, please size up if you are unsure of the size.
With the exception of damaged items: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges of clothing due to hygiene reasons. Hence, please size up if you are unsure of the size.

If you receive an obviously damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at softsoft.one@hotmail.com, and we will resolve the issue by providing a full refund or replacement, along with covering the return shipping costs.

Some items, such as pre-order, sale or clearance items, are non-returnable. Please review the product description and details for any exclusions before purchasing.
